Help with the ParentOne Care app, your account or a care request.
In an emergency, call 112 first. The SOS button in the app alerts your family and the ParentOne care team in their apps. It does not replace emergency services.
I can't sign in. Check the mobile number, including +91, and that you have signal for the code. If the code doesn't arrive, wait a minute and ask for a new one.
Notifications don't arrive. Allow notifications for ParentOne Care in your phone settings. On Samsung phones, set the app's battery use to Unrestricted so reminders are not delayed.
